Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notifying you of same. RETURNS
Pleasure is personal. Due to the personal nature of our products, returns are only allowed for defective or damaged goods.
In the event you believe a product is defective, please email sexcusé moi within 14 days of receipt, using the contact page. sexcusé moi will respond promptly to resolve the issue. Provide your order number, identify the item and describe the defect. If the product is deemed defective sexcusé moi will exchange it equally. Please note, defective items must be returned in their original packaging.
Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
sexcusé moi does not accept returns of custom or special order items.
